mirror: but you're still fat.
clothing: yep, still a fat fatty.
What is better than a diet soda? No soda.
Diet soda depletes bone density and the artificial sweeteners cause you drink more and make you obese.
I lol’d like ten times while reading this. (drag into address bar for full view)
False. You have to become happy with yourself before you become ‘skinny’. When you don’t love your body whilst being above your goal weight, there’s a high chance you won’t love it once you reach that goal.
You have to be confident and happy the way you are, no matter what your size. Skinny people have problems, too. Life doesn’t automatically become perfect just because you’ve lost weight.
Maybe you aren’t satisfied with the size you are, well change it, but be happy from the get go. There’s no reason to go about depressed and sad because you aren’t skinny & then be happy only once you’re skinny.
It’s easier to stay motivated and keep going on your weight loss journey if you are happy, so why not be happy and motivated thinking about how much you’re going to improve yourself & how you’re getting closer to your goal.
Finding out you lost a pound or two should be a happy moment, not a sad one because ‘it’s only a pound’ and you’re ‘sooo far away from [your] UGW’. Be happy that you’re one step closer. Be happy that you’re alive, that the grass is green, that it’s cooling off outside as Autumn comes, that you have amazing people on tumblr an ask box away, that are there to support you if you need, just smile and be happy for yourself and wanting to change your lifestyle. (:
